Choice A is absolutely correct, as is Choice B. These are core beliefs of Christians. Technically, because Jesus died on the cross for our sins, He has completed His work here; but He still works through us today to bring people closer to Him. You may pick Choice C. Choice D is incorrect. While we should always aspire to follow Jesus' teachings, we are all sinful humans and our works count for nothing when we stand before the Lord; see Isaiah 64:6. We can only depend on Jesus to save us; take a look at John 14:6.
