OpenStudy (nurali):

South Americans can be of any race. Same with Mexicans. The majority of the Mexican population is Mestizo, which is a mix of White European and the indigenous peoples of Central American. With South America, it depends on the country. Argentina and Uruguay are mostly White, Brazil has a large White, Black, and mixed raced population, and Peru, Paraguay, Columbia, and Venezuela are mostly Mestizo and indigenous peoples. Chile is mostly Mestizos who are more White than they are indigenous.
