renabanans, on the first draw you want a blue 3 of the 23 marbles are blue so that probability is 3/23 You then PUT IT BACK so for the second draw 9 of the 23 marbles are green that probability is 9/23 The draws are independent. So multiply your 2 probabilities for the CORRECT answer.
