Factor completely: 2x^2 + 12x + 16 A. 2(x + 4)(x + 2) B. 2(x + 8)(x + 1) C. (x + 2)(x + 8) D. 2(x + 2)(x + 8)

You could first do this by simplifying. If you do so correctly, you would get x^2+6x+8. With this in mind you could then factor out to in. So __*__=8 and __+__=6 You would then get 2 & 4, leading to 2(x+4)(x+2). Due to this the answer is A. Hope this helped!
