Can anyone please tell me how to access solutions to problem sets?

If it is not in the zip file, then they did not publish one. Though you can ask for people here to look at things.

It varies with the course, often if there's a 'course materials' zip file like @e.mccormick mentions, or on some courses there will be a separate download link listed on the same page as the download link for the instructions. Most on here are also happy to post their solutions, or examine yours for you if you like.
