I didn't draw tick marks on every tenth unit, because you really only needed 1.1. Observing my drawing, we can see that Choice A is incorrect because point Q is 1.1 units away from 0, not 0.1. Choice B is false because point Q is 1.1 units to the RIGHT of 0, not the left. Choice C is false because 1.1 should be greater than 1, so it should be on the right side. D is the remaining and correct answer.
