I just want to check the formulas 

volume of cylinder = $$\Pi r ^{2}  h $$

and volume of hemishpere=  $$2/3    \Pi    r ^{3}$$

v. of cylinder =75988
v. of hemishpere = 22289.81333
 by subtracting = 53698.2

Don'f forget to divide the volume of the hemispere by 2 if you're calculating the blue volume. If you look in the picture you'll see only half of the hemispere is in the cylinder, so you should only subtract half of its volume.
