It is equal for intervals 50-59 and 20-29. It is equal for intervals 40-49 and 20-29. It is greater for interval 20-29 than for interval 30-39. It is greater for interval 30-39 than for interval 40-49.

I strongly suggest that you actually graph this histogram. Use the following subintervals on the horizontal axis: 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59. You will find it much easier to answer this question once you have the actual histogram in front of you.

im not really good at graphing histograms....I tried but It didn't look right

Please: Don't tell me what you're not good at. Instead, say something like: "I've graphed histograms before, and with the help of Mathmale (or someone else on OpenStudy, I can learn to draw better histograms." The only way in which i can give you any feedback on your histogram is for you to share your diagram. Can you do that? You could type it into the Draw utility, below, or you could upload a cell phone camera image to OpenStudy.

That's good for a start, if not exactly what is needed here. Note that you need to label each subinterval properly: 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59. If you can't do that with your computer graphing utility, do it by hand, please.
