Babies born in the United States must have a Social Security card issued before their third birthday. How many different cards could be issued using the digits 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9, if each card needs a nine-digit number and the digits can only be used once per card?

lol I don't is there any multiple choice? I mean if you could only use all those 10 digits in each card.That means I could only make 10 cards with those digits

soo I think you could only do 2 because in the first you will use 9 digits which will be 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and the other card will be only 1 digit which is 9 haha I don't know if I'm right
