A power system has only 2 generating plants, and power is being dispatched economically with P1=140MW and P2=250 MW. the loss coefficient are b11=0.10x10^-2 MW^-1, b12=-0.01x10^-2 MW^-1, b22=0.13x10^-2 MW ^-1. To raise the total load on the system by 1 MW will cost an additional $12 per hour. Find the additional cost per hour to increase the output of this plant by 1MW.
