I'm applying to be an officer and I'm going to write something like this on my resume. How can I better write this obejective "To obtain an officer position of UCLA ASME in underclassmen liaison, office manager or preferably in membership chair." ?

In your objective you need to include specifics as to what you can do for the company that fits the company exactly. What would it mean to be a liaison for underclassman? What specific skill do you have that would make you the best candidate for this position? I would also create a resume for each of the three positions. It goes over much better to be job specific per resume. I hope this helps.
