The modern periodic table has all known elements that are arranged in groups and periods there are 8 groups and they increase in re-activity from left to right. Fluorine is the most reactive element and the nobel gases hardly ever react , they are arranged in atomic numbers which is the number of electrons and protons , the group number tells you the amount of electrons on the outer shell and the period number tells you the amount of shells , the first group is called , alkali metals , that's all i know hope it helps
