I'd suggest you draw this situation (in the Draw utility, below). According to the definition of the cosine function, cos x = (adj side) / (hypotenuse). Any angle in Q2 or in Q3 has a negative adjacent side, so there is no angle in Q2 that has a positive cosine. Are you certain you've copied the problem down correctly?
