It's solving an isosceles triangle. :)
Since the isosceles triangle has two equivalent sides, this means that the angles opposite of each are equal as well. So we know that one of those angles is 33... Therefore the other angle is 33... And since we know there is 180 degrees in a triangle... 180-66=114 is the answer

Congruent means that they are proportional to one another. So lemme see, give me just a second :)
