There are a lot of reasons. First lets firstly say that the only reason the war was started is because the King refused to hear to the Colonists' needs and wanted to hold his selfish needs above the ppl; now to list the reasons to the needs and complaints that led to the war. The list as follows: The Sugar Act The Currency Act The Stamp Act The Quartering Act of 1765 The Declaratory Act The Boston Massacre Quartering Act of 1774 Shortly After this the Battle at Bunker Hill took place and the war had begun. There are even more reasons one could say that the war was started. These are some of the biggest reasons.
