OpenStudy (.whitedragon.):

A six-sided number cube is rolled. Which events are mutually exclusive? A. rolling a 5; rolling an odd number B. rolling a 2; rolling an even number C. rolling a 6; rolling an odd number D. rolling a 6; rolling an even number

OpenStudy (paki):

A "mutually exclusive" means that they cannot happen at the same time... eg, A is NOT mutually exclusive because with one roll, I could roll a 5 and an odd number, as 5 is odd... However C is mutually exclusive as with one roll of the die, i cannot get a 6 and an odd number... @.WhiteDragon.
