Help put this sentence into past and future tense? French. "Elles font une promenade avec les chiens dans le quartier"

OpenStudy (vincent-lyon.fr):

Which past tense are you supposed to use? Imparfait, or Passé composé ?

OpenStudy (vincent-lyon.fr):

You have not answered my question yet: what past tense have you learnt?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

both

OpenStudy (vincent-lyon.fr):

There are three actually: imparfait, passé composé or passé simple. I would use passé composé.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (vincent-lyon.fr):

No, passé composé of faire goes: j'ai fait tu as fait il/elle a fait nous avons fait vous avez fait ils/elles ont fait

OpenStudy (anonymous):
