Can someone help me with Fast Fourier Transform on Matlab?

I used an accelerometer app on my phone to measure the vibration on my motor and got the data on excel. However, the professor has asked us to convert it using FFT. Never even learned about FFT so I have no clue what to do. Haven't used Matlab in a while either..Thank you in advance.
