It is impossible for cats to vibrate their vocal cords into talking English. I would suggest you see a doctor, there is a high chance you could be delusional.

No need to talk to the doctor. Your cat is probably just hungry. Give him some lasagna and he'll hush up. Trust me I'm an expert in feline geology. ;)
