Is it my brother and me or my brother and i?

OpenStudy (♥ashley♥):

Actually, in English, I guess that the correct way to say that is, My brother and I.

It depends on the context, how are you using it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It's my brother and I for example : My brother and I went grocery shopping together.

It depends on the rest of the sentence. Take out "my brother and" and see how it sounds. My brother and I walked our dog. I walked our dog. He invited my brother and me over for dinner. He invited me over for dinner. "I" is a subject. "Me" is an object. That rules doesn't change when you add another name to the sentence.
