This is an iambic hexameter. 
An iambic hexameter is two unstressed words followed by stressed.

This is not an iambic hexameter because Iambic hexameter has a pattern of da DUM da DUM. Where as an anapestic tetrameter, has a pattern of da da DUM da da DUM. Your welcome.
