@mathstudent55 :) Conjugate the verb in the imperfect tense according to the subject. Juan y yo (comer) A. comiamos B. comia C. comian D. comias **not sure on this one.. imperfect tense throws me off :(

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

Imperfect: yo comía tú comías él comía nosotros comíamos vosotros comíais ellos comían

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

Juan y yo is which person?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ahh okay.. so this would be ellos comian? since it's they ?

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

"Juan and I" is not they since there is an I in there.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ohhh oops... so we? so nosotros? comiamos?

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

The imperfect form of the past tense denotes a continuous action.

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

correct

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

Roughly this translates to "used to eat" or "were eating."

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ahh okay yay! :D haha FOOD! :P okay, i will post the next one now:) and if you have to go at any point, just let me know! :D
