Please help explain how to solve this!!! Use the Triangle Sum Property to solve for x. Use the value of x to find the angle measures of the triangle.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

in a triangle sum of 3 angles is equal to 180.... by using this solve the problem.... @naga447

OpenStudy (naga447):

Okay, so I I have to find what x is by substituting x for other numbers and seeing if all the angles are equal to 180?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ya you are exactly correct.....;-)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that is.... 2x+3x+10x-60=180 by solving this you will get the answer....

OpenStudy (naga447):

Thanks!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you are welcome....:-)

OpenStudy (naga447):

2x16 + 3x16 + 10x16 - 60 = 180

OpenStudy (naga447):

So that angles are 32, 48 and 100!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

good....

OpenStudy (naga447):

Thanks again!
