You can single out some choices, 
A is incorrect because they are saying the same thing in different ways not saying to do something different 

B is incorrect, I do not see any idioms, i may be wrong but B is in fact incorrect.

D is also incorrect. There are no conflicts presented.

C, is the correct answer, both speakers have different dialects
