Upon whipping out my mini Consititution, it appears that Article 6 contains what is commonly referred to as the "supremacy clause." The supremacy clause states that "this Constitution, and the Laws of the United States... shall be the supreme Law of the Land..." Essentially, laws made by the national government take precedence of those made at the state level; if there are any conflicts between state laws and federal laws, the federal laws will come out on top.
