Urine is the product of unused water + nutrients, and due to the high concentration of glucose or sugar in the urine, insulin in her body is not breaking it down, so the patient most likely has diabetes.

@hlee0919 it can also show that these is abnormality in kidney function too because kidney is supposed to absorb and reabsorb (in case if not everything was absorbed in one round) useful materials so kidney is malfunctioning
