Anyone with web design skills?

I need someone to fix a web page - someone with an artistic eye, able to user Photoshop, take an existing OS page and give it some appeal.

Well, I don't have photoshop, but I have paint.net (not mspaint), which isn't too bad of an alternative. Also, I'm not too horrible with web design (coding), but I'm not the best either. So, if no one else wants to, I'll do whatever it is that you need :3

I know my way around web design, programming website (html, css, php, JavaScript) and Photoshop.

I would love to be of help :)
I've got sufficient skills in the dynamic web programming languages, such as HTML5, CSS, PHP and JavaScript. As I have also learned Scala, I could help with some server code.
I also utilize Photoshop for my vector graphic design skills, so I could design as well

Contest? I don't necessarily need to start one, though sure :) Just wanted to present my skills which I may be able to offer. Though if you want one for the homepage, I'd be obliged.
