Financial Algebra help: Laurie worked full-time at a health club last year earning $23,000. Last year, $1,090 in earnings was needed for one Social Security credit. How many Social Security credits did Laurie earn for the year?

Would I just find how many times 1,090 goes into 23,000?

yes . sorry i got confused .

Oh! Breakthrough :) My book says you can earn a maximum of 4 credits a year. So, I just need to find out if she earned enough money to earn 4 credits. Which she definitely did.. because 1,090(4) = 4360, which is way less than 23,000
