Well we can rule out A and C because hunger has nothing to do with money, and malnutrition is where you are at a loss of nutrients. We can rule out D also because while poverty would be an issue with money, poverty is more the stress of not having money for anything, not just food specifically. The only reasonable choice is B because if you have a food insecurity, you would be anxious about eating, and "what if I spend too much?" "what if I get fat?"... things like that.
