Nothing. Do not cut your hair. People take hair for granted, and assume that cutting does nothing to them physiologically. If I were you, I would research the effects of long hair on extra-sensory perception before even considering a haircut of any kind.

Investigate how something as simple as cutting hair can be used as a means for control and manipulation of human subjects. Also look into things such as decreased awareness, decreased intuition, and decreased sensitivity to one's environment such as which was experienced by Native Americans after joining the military and receiving haircuts. There is something very special about hair that the masses don't yet know or care about.
