You must cross a circular lake of radius 1 mile. You can row across at 2 mph or walk around at 4 mph, or you can row part way and walk the rest. What route should you take so as to.... a) see as much scenery as possible? b) cross as quickly as possible? **will draw figure inside, but not sure how to solve this at all :( please explain step by step? :/ not even sure where to start! :/ thank you!!!!
