we have to have more information to do this problem we have to know things about the bullseye like the radius or something we don't know anything about the bullseye with just the information you provided. do you see what I mean?

The answer to the bullseye question is D for sure. I calculated the entire circle then subtracted the inside of the 3 rings from all of them.
