An axe is composed of a short wooden shaft and an iron head. The shaft [m=275g, Length = 50cm, radius = 3cm, I com = 1/12(mL^2) + 1/4(mr^2)] fits into a space in the head [m=1.8kg, width = 16cm, height = 10cm, thickness = 8cm, Icom = 1/12*m(h^2+w^2) + 1/8*m(t^2 + (w/2)^2)]. The axe is gripped and rotated around the elbow joint. Calculate the moment of inertia of the axe if it is held assuming x = 22cm (AoR).
