Question is slightly confusing. Read one way, Kc1999 is right. There was a peace agreement between Germany and Poland signed in 1934 which was broken in 1939. Read as a reference to a treaty signed in 1939, however, could refer to the Molotov-Ribbentropp Pact. That secretly carved up Poland between Germany and the Soviets literally days prior to Hitler's invasion of the country. It was also a promise of non-aggression between Germany and the Soviets which the Germans broke in 1941 with Operation Barbarossa.

I thought this question was straightfoward enough. After all, Hitler didn't invade Russia until July 1941, and this question was referring to a 1939 invasion.
