OpenStudy (anonymous):

i did this 4 years ago

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i dont remember how to do this

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok thanks

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (yanasidlinskiy):

Aw....Does that NOT help you??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It does somewhat

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks for the help

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry i cant help x: i suck at math ;/

OpenStudy (yanasidlinskiy):

Then plug all those numbers in....It's not that hard... I'll show you how to figure it out...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yah somtimes me to

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I can walk you through it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok thanks

OpenStudy (yanasidlinskiy):

SA = wh + lw+lh+ls SA = 6(8)+12(6)+12(8) +12(10) Can you work it from there?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

um ill try let me see

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So the equation is: \[(width \times height) + (length \times width) + (length \times height) + (length \times side) \] So the numbers that you need are: length=12 width=6 h=8 s=10

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Omg thank you both i loves you as a friend

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thanks?

OpenStudy (yanasidlinskiy):

You're Welcome!!:) Glad I could help!:) What did you get as your answer? @sexy24/7

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thaat not an answer choice did you do somthing wrong.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

idk let me see

OpenStudy (yanasidlinskiy):

Who are you talkin to...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I got 29880

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lool thats not an answer choice

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@biokiller can you help

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Biokiiller396

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thanks for the help you all.

OpenStudy (yanasidlinskiy):

What did you do?? That is NOT what I'm getting. I set up the equation for you!. Now you multiply out all those numbers. And add them all together like this: SA = wh + lw+lh+ls SA = 6(8)+12(6)+12(8) +12(10) SA= 48+72+96+120= ??? NOT 29880

OpenStudy (biokiiller396):

I'm working on it

OpenStudy (yanasidlinskiy):

Try it again. What did you get?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

216

OpenStudy (biokiiller396):

SA= perimeter of the base times height plus two times the area of the base/Ph+2B

OpenStudy (yanasidlinskiy):

No. Seems like you are adding wrong. What I am getting is 336 Square Meters.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok i got that.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It's 336 meters squared

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks guys ill ask some more on another question bye thanks.

OpenStudy (biokiiller396):

SA= (24)(12)+2(24)=336
