A square piece of paper with a side that measures 23 cm is rolled to from the lateral surface of a cylinder. The circular top and bottom that complete the cylinder are cut out from another piece of paper and added. What is the volume of the cylinder?
Are there answer choices? I'm pretty sure I figured out the way to do this problem, but I want to match my answer with possible answer choices if there are any.
there are no choices but there is a hint that says "Determine the radius of the base of the cylinder Then calculate the area of the base and multiply with the height of the cylinder"
I got about 967.92 but it would be hard to explain, and I'm not 100% on this one.
Sorry.
well how did you get that. or is it just really hard to explain
Yeah, it's to hard for me to explain. Let me know if it's right when you know.
