How to be safe at the park
When you are at a park, there are several inexpensive ways That you can ensure your safety. You don't need bodyguards or a weapon with you, you can have something as simple as a dog or a friend with you. Have someone with you will give you more power and reliability if something were to happen. Something else you can do to insure that you are safe at the park, is by simply buying some pepper spray, that way, you can use it as a way of self defense if needed, I remember, one day my friend was waking in the park, but she did not realize that she was being followed until the stalker hit her in the head. She was knocked out and had to go to the hospital. If she had someone with her, there would have probably been less damage done!

Getting a dog or buying pepper spray are two things you can do to insure your safety when you are in an open area with many people, not to mention having a dog is fun too! You can play with it and exercise with it and the dog will become loyal to you and protect you at all cost!

I think I fixed all grammar issues, and I also changed it up a bit so that it makes sense, and so that the reader is more interested in what you are saying!
