derivative of sin^x - cos^x

OpenStudy (aravindg):

Tried logarithmic differentiation?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

there is no log here but

OpenStudy (sidsiddhartha):

how can u differentiate sin^x

OpenStudy (aravindg):

Split the sum as two differentials. For first term put sin^x=u xlog sin x=log u Then differentiate as usual Use the same method by calling cos^x=v

OpenStudy (anonymous):

WAit it is the wrong question

OpenStudy (sidsiddhartha):

if u take log it will become x*sin then??

OpenStudy (aravindg):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Sorry i will post it again

OpenStudy (aravindg):
