The "Copy Previous Drawing" is not working for me and so I will describe it in words: Join the center of the circle X to D and B. Triangles EDX and EBX are congruent because ED = EB (given); XD = XB = radius; and EX is shared by both triangles. Therefore, angle DEX = angle BEX or angle DEC = angle BEC which implies that arc DC = arc CB.
