How many different values can be represented by a 32 bit integer? Reminder: a 32 bit integer is a sequence of 32 bits, and a bit (binary digit) can have 2 values (0 or 1)

this is just combinatorics. is this a permutation or combination? can you repeat values? how many options are there for each case? also, i'm not sure if it counts 0000000000000000000000000000001 and 0000000000000000000000000000010 as the same.

\[2^{32}=4,294,967,296\]
