According to the NHTSA, only ~2,000 kid aged 15 to 20 died in motor vehicle accidents in 2011 of any kind. This makes for a compelling case against C.

Which statement is NOT true. My verbiage was confusing. The posted paper is a compelling case against C being true. Not against C being the answer.

It would be B, alcohol only has short term effects on you, not long term unless you have an addiction, which at high school, wouldn't happen very often.
