In selection B. the exaggeration in that part is "Their numbers grew to fifty, one hundred.", because really... I don't think that 100 kidsw would be following him...

In selection C. the exaggeration in that part is ''It kills me'' Because it doesn't literally kill him...

In selection D. the exaggeration in it is "thrusting an expensive cigarette in my mouth" , but he isn't actually thrusting a cigarette in his mouth...
