3) Wrong... I live in Florida (which is the same time as Atlanta) And my Father lives in Boulder (it is in the same state as Denver) and he tells me he is always 2 hours BEHIND my time so if it is 1:00 a.m in Colorado... Then it is 3:00 a.m in Florida...
