What is the oblique asymptote of the function f(x) = the quantity x squared minus 5x plus 6 over the quantity x plus 4 ?

Take the limit as x goes to infinity (you can just l'hopital if you have learned it) or more easily, just divide the numerator and denominator with the highest power of x in the denominator. This is x to the first (so just x). From there the limit should be simple to evaluate, but I can explain further if you need it.
