Pit bulls why are they misunderstood is it because of the dog fights or is it because of the myth that their jaws lock. Their jaws do not lock their jaw muscles are just like other dogs just a bit bigger. Its depends on how the dog was raised for it to be a fighter or just a big o’ baby “According to the Centers for Disease Control, these concerns are well-founded, given that: More than 70 percent of all dog bite cases involve unneutered male dogs. An unneutered male dog is 2.6 times more likely to bite than is a neutered dog. A chained or tethered dog is 2.8 times more likely to bite than a dog not chained or tethered. That 97 percent of dogs involved in fatal attacks on people in 2006 (the most recent year statistics are available) were not spayed/neutered.” Quoted from Pam Reid, Ph.D., CAAB is the Vice President of the ASPCA’s Animal Behavior Center. So it really depends on the neutered or the unneutered for the attacks sometimes. The unneutered tries to shows boss if you don’t at an age. If you do then it then depends on how you raise it. Some people say that if you raise it like a brat then you are going to get one. You have to be in control not the dog and you have to be calm and patient. Pit bulls are easy to train but the need a lot of love from people and dogs it is best if you do this at an early age but if you can’t try to give it all the love, walking, and playing you can give to it. It will return a favor later on.

OpenStudy (carniel):

I'll let my teacher look at it

OpenStudy (carniel):

Just be patient though. Most likely he gonna take his time and correct everything wrong and give tips.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

in the first sentence where it says misunderstood, you should put a comma behind it. it just looks better

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im slowly reading it. loll

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and im not telling you to change anything bout the first paragraph, but what do you mean they get locked jaw?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol thats ok because i have to read it to the whole class

OpenStudy (anonymous):

when you read outloud, dont be nervous, look at the croud as much as you possibly can, look all over the croud not just one spot. and be figit with your hands or twerl your hair or anythin like that, be fluent with your reading, and read it like your talking to someone, use emotions and sound kind of bold when you speak like strong or kind of angry because it sounds liek to me your not happy with the way people feel about pitbulls, so when you read outloud, sound strong and kind of angry but not like angry angry, just have a strong deep voice, and sound convincing to, you want your readers to agree with you.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

this is all stuff i learned.

OpenStudy (anonymous):
