x + 17 ≤ -3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x <= -20

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ty again^^

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but that's a very easy one, don't you know how to solve such equations ? wanna learn how?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes please I have problems doing math questions. I can do the problem and get an answer but I put the symbols in the wrong place and end up getting the wrong answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok in the above equation you need to leave the symbols on one side and move the numbers to the other side, understand this point?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so leave x on the left and move the 17 to the right

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what happens when you move a number from one side to the other? it changes sign, so 17 becomes -17 and that why we got -3-17 = -20

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hot does that sound?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

this is why I hate math some things are so confusing lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its fundamentals, no one explained them to u, but once u understand them then things start falling into place, dont give up trying to learn, keep on learning buddy, its good for u

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hahaha I know especially for what I want to be

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what's that? rocket scientist ? astronaught?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lolz Chef. you have to meause everything perfectly or else it wont taste right

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hahahaha i didnt know chefs needed maths :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lolz they do. its measuring. like if a recipe calls for a certain amount of spices and you want to make it bigger or smaller in size you use math to calculate the right answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

when i cook i dont measure, just put a pinch of this and that, then turns out crap and no ones eats it but me, which is ok because i get to have it all :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hahaha well I want to be a suschef. so I need to be as accurate as possible

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well I gtg for now. hope to talk with you more and try getting more math done

OpenStudy (anonymous):

cheers buddy
