Hi @Sara8 !I'll try to help you!
Here basically we need to know how a sleet is formed..So Sleet is formed when rain mixes with the snow (Here Its snowing all day!) This occurs when the snow melts and the refreezes before it reaches the ground (Forming sleet).

The temperature is changing while it is raining, so when it drops to 32 degrees F or below, it is snow. At 32 degrees F, it is sleet, and at higher than 32 degrees, it is going to be freezing rain. Hope this Helps!
