I think you mean either 'Metaphase'. Metaphase- It's the second stage of cell division (between prophase and anaphase). Metaphase is also very short stage in *mitosis*. The chromosomes in Metaphase line themselves up at the equator of the cell (so it'll look like a belt). This stage also only takes about 15 minutes to complete.
