Find the length of the hypotenuse of a right triangle whose legs are 8 and 15 units in length.

You would use the pythagorean theorem and you would do 8 squared plus 15 squared and you would get 64 and 225. You would them both together and get 289. Then you would find the square root of 289 which is 17.
