Okay so to get to your answer, you will need this formula: measure of outside arc- measure of inside arc/2. you can use that to get the angle measure. then what you do is do: 9x-5= [angle measure]

so basicly its if the bigger arc is CD and the little arc is AB the formula would be (CD-AB)/2
